Hi Holly, that's a good question. Without knowing if it is in Cambridge or Somerville it's hard to say. Since there is rarely any parking for sale in this area it is almost impossible to give an exact dollar amount.
In the past, when I have sold condos with parking being sold seperately, developers have valued the space at $15-25K for an outdoor space and $25-35K for a garage space.
To find out the requirements for a parking space on a property you should contact the Building Department of whichever city the house is in.... more
I know this neighborhood very well because I sell and rent real estate there regularly, and I live a few blocks from this condo. The neighbhorhood is considered safe by most standards, but that is a very personal decision that each person has to evaluate on their own. There is a good mix of people in Wellington-0 - young professionals who work at Kendall Sq, young families who want the good schools, MIT and Harvard grad students, and families who've lived in the neighborhood for decades.

Never heard of such a Law. I think amenities like that are up to the association. Having a doorman on duty for 24 hours could be quite an expense.
