Real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase/rent, or not, in specific neighborhoods.
State law forbids real estate agents from making comments on whether a neighborhood does or does not have criminal activity. The best we can do is point you to the website where crime statistics are available for review.
The townhouse that was for sale at 10005 Russell is showing on on MLS as being under contract - still active but the sellers are waiting for bank approval.

Julie has a good answer. Depending on construction methods and soils, one house might have high levels and one next door might have minimal levels. Radon is fairly easy to mitigate and consequently I recommend all my clients do a radon test as part of their inspection process.... more
