There is a note in the MLS for the agents, but it is not confidential, so here it is ...
THE PROPERTY APPRAISERS OFFICE HAS THIS AS A 2BR 1 BATH HOME. THERE WAS A PERMIT PULLED BACK IN 2005 FOR WORK ON THE BACK ROOM WHICH HAS BECOME A LARGE 22X11 BEDROOM WITH A FULL BATH AND AIR CONDITIONING.
So the property records were never updated and still list home as a 2 bedroom, but it is in fact 3.
Hope that helps.... more

I'm not sure about an owner financing in Pine Ridge but I do know a private investor who is willing to give mortgages. He is a local guy and he may be able to assist you in purchasing a home in Pine Ridge or anywhere here in Citrus County. Give me a call if you are interested and I'll give you his contact information.

I'm not certain but it may be that "Off Market" is a company that people can use to list their home for sale. Meaning that they sell it on their own without the use of a Realtor or real estate agent. If the home does not have an MLS number then that is probably the case.
Having said that, if the house is something you are interested in and you have a little more information pertaining to it I can probably help you find out more about it and send it along to you via email.
You can find out information about homes for sale at my website listed below and you can also contact me at anytime.
Good luck in your search and if I can be of assistance I'll be happy to help out.

If you have the address of a property or the Listing number, ANY realtor can show you any property in his/her part of the the USA. Unlike various countries in Europe where only the Listing agent can show his or her own listing, the agents in the USA can and do show their own as well as any other property. I suggest you just walk into any real estate office in Citrus Springs and ask them to look up the address for you. However, from the web site for that home which appears on your question here in Trulia, it looks as if that property might be sold already.... more
You are about the 3rd person I've dealt with that has asked about this home. The short answer to the question is yes, this is a mistake. I'm not sure why, but RealtyTrac, a website that advertises foreclosures has advertised this home for that. What my educated guess about it is this, they tend to advertise these homes for the amount that is the difference between what's actually owed on the defaulted mortgage, and the most recentbroker price opinion, or appraisal.I'm not certain this is the case, but it's my opinion.
The actual MLS listing # is 337404. It's currently listed for $217,800. It's been on the market for 24 days. I'm sure you can go to Realtor.com and search for the MLS #.
I hope that helps. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me or your Realtor.... more
In this market, everything is negotiable. Hiring an experienced agent/broker can make all the difference in the world today. Very few people are selling to make a profit, most are selling to move up, down or out of town. Finding buyers has been difficult for some time now so any one receiving a valid offer from a qualified buyer should be willing to negotiate, at least some part of the transaction. Good luck, aloha... more
In searching the Citrus County MLS, the home you've inquired in on, 24 N Columbus is a short sale. What that means is that the amount the home is listed for, is less than the amount the bank is owed on it. These sales require much more effort on the part of the Agent and more patience on the part of the Buyer.
This home has been marked "contingent" in MLS. What this means is that an offer has been submitted to the Sellers and accepted. The next step is to send the offer to the bank for their determination of accpetance. During this "contingent" period, other offers may be submitted as well.
If you intend on placing on offer on a home marked "contingent", remember you are basically in a bidding war with the current offer submitted, but also, during the time the bank is considering the offers, new buyers can/will be submitting offers as well. It's always prudent if you are truly interested in the home to submit your "highest and best" offer.
Hope that helps. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact your Realtor.... more
hey Shi & Dave,
You may have a hard time finding that exact property for rent without physically driving to it and looking for a sign. I don't know of a "MLS" for rentals per se. Another option may be to call each real estate office in town and ask them if they have it for rent. Quite laborous. A better option would be to just find another rental in the area. There are quite a few rentals availablein the area right now.
Hope that helps.Good luck in your search.... more
