Most condo neighborhoods in Beavercreek seem to be selling around the 94% - 96% of asking price, however, it is different from complex to complex - ALL real estate is local, and even in your local area, you need to go by each neighborhood. Some are selling at 99% ande some are at 93%, so consult your agent, who should have already provided you with this information from the beginning. If you do not have an agent, please go to http://www.BeavercreekHouseValues.com and input your address and information and I will send you a complimentary market overview of your neighborhood which will include a sale price to list price ratio.
Of course, you do have to have your unit properly staged to sell, which we can help you with and priced properly for success in the current market.
I would be happy to meet with you, please feel free to email me any time. Sold@JohnYouker.com... more
