if there is no HOA fees listed under Fees and Taxes in Trulia, does it mean there are no HOA fees?
I would be concerned with the management ability to handle repairs and necessary maintenance is there was no HOA fee. Most likely a listing error. Live Well!

Where did this trend of selling/renting individual parking spaces for thousands of dollars emerge from? Does this happen in other cities?
It happens in other majors cities where parking is a premium. If you want a deeded spot other than a parking garage I've seen them go as high as 190K!

Very likely, parking is at a premium in the Back Bay. Deeded spots can range from 25k to 200k.
