Price per acre for residential land can depend on a few things such as raw land, or does it have improvements, access to public utilities or needs a septic design. The cost can vary and suprisingly you can have a 2 acre lot selling the same as a 1 acre lot in some instances.
You don't necessarily get that much more unless it's a substaintial difference. You can get a better overall land value assessment by also adding in other towns such as Franklin Twp., Hunterdon, Lebanon Twp., Bethlehem Twp. where there have been some land sales.... more
Prior posters are right about the care we must take around responding - if you are looking for like-minded people, consider asking where they collect.
But when it comes to real estate, I think you will be best served by a professional that knows her market inside and out....that agent will likely be your best guide. Add in some great negotation and transaction management skills and you should be on your way.

The report belongs to the buyers who have paid for it. As a seller, if an item is noted as needing repair, you can request to see that information, but the attorney for the buyer usually includes that page from the report to justify the request anyway.... more
Hi David, this question has been raised before - it is a good one so thanks for posting. I too hope they extend and expand the credit to all. The effect it is having on first time buyers has been dramatic. Continued activity would be fueled with an extension and expansion.
