I agree with Noah. Many of my clients in the recent past have wanted a home that was within walking distance to shopping and resturants. Alachua is a very unique community. You have great little downtown area, a few larger stores and chains and then rural farm land all very close together. I think overall unless you have it being built in the next lot, you re ok. If I can help with any property valuation, let me know.
Hi Peggy...you can go to my website (www.mrmikesrealestate.com) and search for rental properties in the community in which you wish to live. Just go to the tab of 'search listings'...under property type on the search page, select 'rentals', and the particulars which you are looking for. As you may be aware, there are tax rebates available to purchasers of real estate through April of next year....information regarding these plans is also on my website.
Hope this helps, feel free to send me an email should you have further questions!... more
