You should consider the Edgefield County area. The whole county qualifies for Rural Development loans for the location. It is also very close to Aiken (20 mins), North Augusta, Augusta, Columbia, and Greenwood. Graniteville would be a good location as well. our family (my spouse and two young daughters) lived in aiken for three years. Had to move due to change in job, but kept our beautiful home in a very nce part of aiken. I have it rented to a couple of british scientists, but plan to sell it. Chukker Creek offers the best elementary school and that's why we bought our home there. I am not sure if you meet what we in real estate refer to as a "site or developer's agent” which represents the seller and they are only showing one or limited communities that benefit their seller.
If, you work a Realtor who is Accredited Buyers Representative ( ABR) like myself or Buyer’s agent who will represent your interest and is knowledgeable about Aiken in general, your agent will guide you through all Aiken area offers which is a lot! An agent that represents you as your buyer's agent should show you all options that maybe of interest to you, that’s their responsibility to you.

What responsibility did I have concerning going to work this morning? I could have stayed home. If you are the seller you choose if you want trouble down the road or not. If you are a buyer then you adjust your offer by offering less. In that scenario the seller owes you nothing, no one makes a buyer choose a particular house.

Sounds like FRAUD. I'd recommend contacting your State Attorney General's office and the Federal Trade Commission.

The fact is: credit repair is a myth and a scam. Bad or derogatory credit CANNOT BE REMOVED from your credit report if it is really yours! You can correct errors on your credit report. You cannot remove or "repair" a credit history by fraudulently disputing what's really and truly your bad credit.

Multiple factors affect how a community grows and develops. A closer look at Aiken's geography reveals that growth has been significantly influenced by available space for planned development. The larger bulk of space with convenient proximity to established service centers is the southside of the city. Convenient access to shopping, schools and other services always play a part. One element feeds another. There is no space for growth in the city of Aiken as you go west. School zoning has played a significant role and limited where people would choose to live even if housing is developed. Good morning. The answer is yes and no. The broker is responsible for any properties that the seller gives to them to sell. The broker then has a choice as to if he/she wants to give that listing to one of his/her agents to place on the market for the seller. An agent has to work under a broker in South Carolina. So if the agent makes a terrible mistake that is dealing with the property than the broker is ultimatley the one liable.

There is not a standard % REALTORs receive for selling a home. But I would suggest not basing your decision on who charges the least but on who actually gets the job done.
