Oh dear. You really don't want to go down the path of quickly leaping to the conclusion that your agent is always at fault. That's a sure fire route to a bad relationship and not the best outcome. Your agent can't control the turnout to the BOH. I've hand delivered invitations, done email blasts, spent $150 on refreshments and still gotten fewer agents than attended yours. It really depends on the agents in your area - in some towns many agents make it a point to attend BOHs, in others you're lucky no matter what you do to get 3 or 4. I don't think it's unusual for agents from her office to show up - and great if they hadn't seen your place before.
You really do not want to micromanage and get into the nitty gritty at this level - numbers expected, which offices, etc. You're going to make your agents nuts - which is not conducive to selling your place believe me - and yourself too. My advice would be to pull back and let your agent do her job.
I can't comment on the surveys really - I guess it depends on the feedback the agents gave.... more
Walter - the toppic of the Sherman Antitrust laws ...and the fact that many agents online trample all over them is a topic that is often diiscussed here on trulia and on other RE sites.
It is a shame that so many agents are ignorant on this subject.

I respectfully suggest you reread Walter's response, along with the reply I left for you.
I then suggest you delete your response as it can readily be seen as an attempt to set/fix prices even if that wasn't your intent.
