Which site are you going on to see these homes which show up as REOs but are not listed yet? I know sites like RealtTrac usually show homes that are in default which sometimes people mistake for REOs and then there are actual REOs which are still going through the final steps of foreclosure. If you can give me a little bit more info on the site, I can tell you exactly whats going on with each property. :)
