I think Great mall are will be better for you because it is newer built, and lower HOA. After you live in over 10 years, and resell it, it is still pretty newer. On another hand that Dixon landing townhome a is arealdy over 20
year-old, and might have much higher HOA. When you resell it, it might be harder. Both area have smell, and better school. IF you buy a house, that is alright with 20 year old, but for a townhome or condo, you'd better buy newer one.
Also, newer built townhome or condo has better floor plan. Maybe, you can think about another KB home at warmspring with much better school over 950API elememtary school.
