Hello Stephanie, I have an eleven year old Golden Retriever/ lab mix. All the responses have been so encouraging. As if, it is easy to find a place that will accept one pet, in your case, three pets! I can tell you right now, if your dog is over 20-30 pounds you are out of luck! I am talking about one dog! Three dogs??? Good luck, sister! I have been so frustrated with landlords that think a small dog is somehow cleaner, quieter, and less destructive to a property. The exact opposite is true! Small dogs tend to pee with the slightest instance of excitement, which ruins the flooring, carpeting, or tile in your apartment. Most aggravating, They are constantly yip yipping that annoying bark for no reason! Landlords of the Souther CA, large dogs are much less destructive, they may bark louder, but they will keep your property safe, and, if trained, they can hold their business for hours, saving your precious flooring in your rental!
