Most information from Trulia is uploaded from the MLS and the MLS uploads from tax records. If there are home improvements done without permits, then it doesn't reach the tax records. ... more

Check Crime stats at city-data.com and School Stats at greatschools.org because in many cases in coastal SD you get what you pay for and the condos are priced accordingly.
