For starters, the lender would notify you if they plan on foreclosing. If you are concerned that you have not received the paperwork (but have reason to believe it was sent), check with the county offices because paperwork would be filed in the event of a trustees sale. If you live in the state of California, it would most likely be a non-judicial foreclosure.

Great post....going green should be viewed as a new way of thinking and not an option. Simply stated, it's shouldn't be about rushing to change every appliance, light bulb, or HVAC system but to embrace the need to use "green technology" when the time is right for the consumer.
We recommend beginning with "baby steps".....most powers companies will do a FREE or very inexpensive energy consumption evaluation. This may be one of the best beginning points.
The ability of setting goals is a powerful tool that can assist people in accomplishing things that were previously inconcievable. A simple written 5 year plan with stated annual goals to serve as reminders may help keep people on track for "living smart!"
