I would search Realtors in area with knowledge about Dogpatch Lofts. Experienced area Realtor should have knowledge about Dogpatch Lofts and other communities that may suit you needs. Use the zip code for Dogpatch and search Trulia, Zillow and Google for professional Realtors. May take a little time but in the long run it will be beneficial.

You can't take the listing away from the agent but you can certainly ask his/her Broker to intervene.
Equator does not allow things to be submitted without asking for them, but it usually starts with the offer, so there was probably another offer submitted and they want to keep you around in case you are willing to come up to what the bank wants if it's over that offer.... more
