I would agree it depends upon the property and the duties. On site would be a good bit of work as you are "available" 24, 7 unless your contract states otherwise. In my area where the majority of properties are condos and second homes, property managers are a dime a dozen. They typically charge $35 - $45 per door within a complex. If there are additional responsibilities outside basic book keeping, managing contractors, and overseeing maintenance I would think the rate would be higher.... more
