Kevin McLaug…, Real Estate Pro in Murrieta, CA
Kevin McLaughlin answered:
Is it true a real estate agent can not show me a house until I am pre-qualified with a lender?
You do not need to be pre-qualified, but why wouldn't you want to know how much money you can borrow? No need to look at any property you cannot afford, right?

What are the ramifications of buying a house with recent foundation work that is not permitted? Will it be a problem now or when we sell? Thanks!
It might be a problem with the buyers,so why not have to work inspected and brought up to code? It will protect you and solve a lot of problems.

I am pre qualified and pre approved, which really doesn't mean nothing i found out, I have been tring to see homes listed but agents will not show me
Homes for sale at that amount will almost always be available to cash buyers only. Its not that they don't want to work with you, rather the homes will not accept financed offers.
