I have seen my own personal Town Home value at the height of the market spike to $240K and plummet to $110K. The market has been on a recovery upswing for the last 13 months and prices in Murray have followed the trend. My home is now worth what I owe on it, and I knew it would turn around it was just a matter of time.
The Murray Area is hot, not just for it's Location in the Salt Lake Valley but we are lucky because we have the best utility provider in the area. Murray City Center is being improved over the next few years and the improvements are going to be wonderful.
