Are you selling your home? If so, are you trying to sell by owner? If that's the case, you can't do that here on Trulia. If it's listed with a Realtor, he/she will need to make the changes in the MLS, and/or claim the listing and manually make the changes here.
Or are you just editing home facts -- like the public records info? If so...my question to you is WHY?
I see people on here wanting to update the photos of their home, showing the cool new upgraded kitchen. But others want photos of their home removed for security and privacy reasons.
If there's an issue with accuracy in terms of # of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, etc. then you'll need to take that up with you county assessor's office. Trulia pulls public records data on homes from county websites. Again...why? If you're adding bedrooms, bathrooms or SF you get a nice new tax bill next year that is higher.
To make these change you can "claim" the property as the owner, and make changes that way. But again...I'd be careful about what you're doing and why.... more
This listing is showing as Under Contract so perhaps you put in an offer. If not, let me know if you need help finding a home in this area.
I am an expert on the area since this is near where I was born, raised and where I still live and work. I am in Potter Highland in the Highland neighborhood, which is just across 38th Avenue from where the subject property is located. Sunnyside, or SUNI is the neighborhood association for this area ( www.sunnysidedenver.org). The areas boundaries are Federal to the West, Inca to the East, 38th to the South and I-70 to the North. This area is experiencing much change and offers a diverse array of homes from the turn of the century to newer development. The particular area you are asking about is located about a block away from Cafe Cafe which is a charming little coffee shop and across the street from Cafe Cafe is Camargo's which has THE BEST homemade tortillas in town! Their bean and chicharrón burrito is one of my guilty pleasures!
At any rate, I really love this area and have sold many homes in Sunnyside! The homes are definitely less expensive in many cases and just as charming as the homes in the HUNI (Highland United Neighbors, Inc.) area (bounded by Federal, 38th on the North, Speer on the South and I-25 on the East).
I hope this information was helpful to you. If indeed you do have the property under contract, I'd like to personally welcome you to the neighborhood!... more
