Rent to own is only good when you have good credit but need 1 year or less to save the down payment and closing costs. Only if the buyer and seller agree to share that information. It would not be in their best interest to do that. The best advice is to talk with your agent and see what they may think. They can usually have a general idea based upon market stats, time on market, competition, etc.
