A real estate agent will have access to tax records for the homes you're interested in and her or she can use those records to find the owners and associated contact information. Ask your agent to contact the owners for more details, and decide next steps from there.

If you list your home with a Realtor you will get a lot of exposure on the internet. I know my listings go to many internet sites, too many to count. Email me the address of your home, I have someone looking in your area for a condo.

You can safely say 45 days. The lenders dealing with FHA are asking for at least that. Then again, it is a busy real estate world and could take longer. It sounds like you are doing your part so just hang in there.... more
