As a home owner you do not need to claim your home, that is for Realtors when the home is listed. Unless you are listing your home for sale you do not need to worry about anything that they have on this site, and when you home is listed the Realtor will take care of the photos and information..
It is also my opinion that you do not want current photos on a public site (unless it is being sold) that way everyone in the world can't see what you have in your home.
Best of luck to you...there are more important things to worry about than information on a site that is out dated anyway, you are not the only one they pull information from public records and list them here even though they are not for sale and have not been in some case ever for sale.... more
If you go to your listings page there is a box for edit listings by each listing. Hover over this button and add photos is an option to pick. The best place to update photos is your mls since every once and awhile your pictures double or convert back with any update to your listing.... more
It sounds like this type of situation is protected under
Americans Disability Act (ADA). I would check with the home owners association to find out what is in their by laws. There may be some exceptions in the HOA by laws; in any event if a current homeowner becomes disabled and need a service dog the person would be able to do so with out being harassed by the HOA.... more
Hi Tara;If you are looking for only a building lot. They will range from 125-250 depending on condition and size up to about 2 acres. If you are looking in a HOA type community the lot sizes are about a 1/4 acre or smaller. But you will have other advantages to living in them.... more
The best way to come up with an offer is to ask your realtor to give you some comparables in the area such as what has sold in the last 6 months and what is active. Most banks now want only 3 months of sold because of the declining market. Discuss with your realtor. they may not be able to tell you what to offer if they are a transaction broker, but they can definitely give you the comps to come up with a good offer.... more
