I'd first ask you to verify what you need to receive in rent in order to cover your mortgage and insurance costs.
Then, I'd ask you to look around your neighboorhood to other rental opportunities to see if you can substantiate what you are asking for in rent? Will your price be much higher or lower than other rentals in the neighborhood that are similar in size, age, amenities and location? This area is a very nice area with few rental communities and great schools. I would assume you will have no problems finding renters. Just remember to run a credit check and ask for references.... more
