Hello, any advice on the BEST neighborhoods or areas in Mt. Pleasant or Daniel Isl. that are least prone to flooding (higher elevation) & lower taxes?
Carolina park in Mt. Pleasant has a safe flood elevation, numerous other neighborhoods to as well, I would love to show you around the area. Please contact me!!
