Some Realtors are aware of a product called a NARRPR report which can make that comparison for you. Nobody can predict the future but it can tell you the present day trends that give us the best indication of the future appreciation. I would be glad to get this information for you.... more
I agree with both Edmund Choi & Joe Sheehan they both gave you good advice. The main question is why you hasen't your home sold yet? Are you priced right? What is your agents marketing plan? Are you getting enough exposure? Do you have an open line of communication with your agent? If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I can be reached at 610-470-7070. I wish you all the best of luck in what ever you decide to do.

Here in Texas we get feed back from the MLS appointment manager, but not all agents fill it out/send it back. If I have a property that I/my clients really want feedback on and it has been a day and I have heard nothing back about the showing, I will usually pick up the phone and call the agent or send an email. That usually works. You can also tell them to please send you feed back when they make the showing appointment.... more
The address is listed now... Thank you! We didn't realize that such detail and direction would need to be provided to ensure we received the level of service we were expecting. I can understand that some sellers may try to avoid drive-bys, however we certainly do not fall into that category because our home is in a desirable area for commuters to Philadelphia and its suburbs and we are not afraid to advertise it.
Also, we are interested in hosting a broker's open house. Just curious - what is your opinion on a broker's open?
