Pay extra amount (as principal) every 2 weeks to your mortgage payment, it will reduce your number of years off the mortgage, thereby getting rid of mortgage in lesser years.

From what I know, even on piggyback loans no one is doing escrow waivers less than 20% anymore. Can't hurt to check around though...
