It's very possible, however, I will need to know more information regarding the property and it's taxes, along with any monthly debts that you have. I want to make sure we won't run into a debt-to-income issue; it's a good thing that I have much more flexible mortgage guidelines than most banks.

John, good luck! A realtor is not someone you need to look for when you're interested in bulk REO properties. It's very tough to do these days and it often becomes more like buying paper over properties.
