It depends on the quality of your work and how quickly you would be available. I usually take photos myself just because I want them done "yesterday" and I also know how to capture the essence of a house, even if it is in bad condition or just plain ugly.
Hence the two most important factors are being available right away to visit the property and knowing how to tell the story of a home through photos and/or video. I will also say that many homes in Brooklyn are not conducive to videos because the rooms are too small and they do not look good on video.
As far as the price, if your just starting out, you may have to discount a little to attract business, Once your up and running you can tweak it from there. Here's an idea, offer the first one as a "freebie" and then charge for future ones if they want more. Good luck!
