1.Location, what part of Williamsburg do you want to live in narrow it down by streets.
2.How many bedrooms do you want that can stay under your budget?
3.Do you want pets in the future? Will a pet friendly building make the deal or not a pet friendly building break the deal?
4.How far is the transportation from the apartment?
5. How far is shopping?
6.What is your commute to and from work?
Remember where ever you're going to move to, its only going to be part of the chapter it won't be the whole book. Sometimes working with clients looking for an apartment the anxiety they feel about moving makes them think I'll be at this apartment forever, give yourself a time frame of how long you want to live in the apartment, maybe one day you'll buy your own. Either way don't think to far down the road, only enough to worry about the NOW in your life; like your commute, transportation, price and size you can always dress the apartment up to your liking.
