If it the commission split is specified in the MLS on the listing sheet and you have a buyer signed agency disclosure (and an addendum related to the commission in the offer or PS contracts) to-boot simply file a complaint via the MLS. Also outline on a sheet of paper the unbroken chain of events with your buyers client so you are prepared to make a case.
