My credit scores are 513- 540 can I get a home loan for under $200,000. I have some unpaid bills on my credit report and a foreclosure in 2009 I am not yet ready to pay off my creditors however it could be done soon. My former mortgage lender has never removed the 2nd mortgage balance and this would likely up my scores.
