I just bought a unit in a 15 unit building that went under recievership 3 months ago. We just formed our HOA. How do we get rid of the receivership? The building has some code violations and we owners are ready to fix the problems. Our next court date is 03/21/11. We need a good attorney to who is experienced in this matter.
