We currently live in South Florida. We own a house on Long Island. It is a legal two family home. Both units are rented, and it's generating $800 a month in income-after expenses. We owe 250k and its worth 400k.

Should we sell, take out the quite for a down payment, or continue to rent? We want to build/buy a house here. ...
