My focus is on the Lakeway area market out by Lake Travis. There are 3/2 condos here for $129,500 to $149,900. Homes from $200,000 up. Personally I do not think it is time to buy....yet. Watch the market and look again at the end of January. I would buy only if you think you will be coming back and not for just an investment. Hope this helps you. Elaine@elainegarner.com
