Sean, thanks for your question. This unit is a condo-hotel, so the prices per square foot will always be higher than for a regular condo. These condo-hotel units are completely turn-key, everything down to the soap and shampoo. The idea is to have a property that is maintained and equipped by the hotel program. That's why the pricing is higher.
