Bonjor!
I am not a realtor, nor am I in the Tampa/St. Pete area, but, I am an American who has spent much of my life with French people. I have travelled extensively around the world, spent a good deal of time all over France, and have travelled the US as well. I have a good sense of the cultural values of the French, what is important aesthetically and aspects of life and lifestyle that appeal to their cultural identity. I have frequently been asked advice about vacation and hotel choices in Hawaii, Colorado, and other resort areas around the US, and have received amazing feedback every time! There are cultural differences that are hard to understand between French and Americans, but with some insight, and asking the right questions, a seemingly difficult situation can be resolved with effortless satisfaction. The cultural differences are understood through experience and familiarity, of each culture. This knowledge is difficult to teach: experience is the only true teacher. It is not enough to understand French culture. As Americans, we have such a diverse culture that it takes time and exposure to really understand ourselves. Again, experience proves to be the best teacher. Having a love and understanding of both cultures is key in the process of meeting a clients' needs.
I am not sure what you are looking for as far as filling a position, and as I stated, I am clear across the state from you, (I live in Delray Beach) but I am very interested in working in a field that puts my somewhat unique strengths to work. Would you consider a consultant who telecommutes? I am very interested in speaking with you further, and I hope we can arrange some kind of meeting to discuss your needs further.
I have a French passport, although I am American. I have travelled extensively through France. My Godfather is the son of a French General, who is buried in Les Invalides. I have also spent a great deal of time with small business owners, and workers. Small business is the cornerstone of the French economy, and creates a huge part of the cultural identity, making each town unique, and different from the next. I love France, and I love being an American. My passion is evident, and I believe that I can help you, if we can figure out how to get beyond the distance across the state of Florida. I am not opposed to moving, but I own my home, and would need to figure out a viable option for my house in order to relocate.
I look forward to hearing from you, and cannot stress enough how interested I am in discussing this situation further.
A bien tot,
