Staging works!!! You can go to stagedhomes.com and find a Realtor, who like me, has their staging accreditation. We can not charge a fee, it is part of our commission and a service that we provide for listing with us. Now, we will not do the work but we will tell you what to do and give you clever ideas. If you want the service of a full time stager then your ASP Realtor can recomend one.
Good luck,

It may be a home owner association fee or it may be and additional fee for a capital inprovement such as roof or windows etc.. If it is for a capital inprovement then it is most likely a monthly fee and there should be an end date. The best way to find out for sure is to obtain a buyers agent to represent you and they can find out for sure. The best way to find a good agent is to get a personal recomendation from a friend or family member. Hope this helps you - Sat Jun 14 2008, 11:53
