Cherrie Doyle answered:
Your agent should run a cma on the property and give you an estimate of what similar homes are going for in the area. However, it is a buyers market so don't be scared to try something! - Thu May 15 2008, 08:40

1st Time Buyer, Part-Time Agent

Cherrie Doyle answered:
It all matters on what level of service your co-worker is giving you. Are they able to take calls during the day, attend inspections with you, etc. Since this is your first home, the agent needs to give special attention to you because you have never done this before. If you feel comfortable with the agent, then stick with it. If, at some point, you feel the agent is not attending to your needs, it may be time to find someone else. Good Luck!!! - Fri May 2 2008, 08:17
Cherrie Doyle answered:
Absolutely they must disclose it if the deal falls apart. Good luck to you! Let us know how it goes!! - Mon Apr 21 2008, 12:20
Cherrie Doyle answered:
You should definetly consider it. It is always better to be safe than sorry! Your lender will let you know if they will require it and you should also talk to your home owners insurance agent. Worse case--find another home in Blandon that you love just as much! - Mon Apr 21 2008, 09:18

Do you use Craigslist in your marketing?

Cherrie Doyle answered:
Craigslist is great---just be careful to follow the rules of your broker (name, address, broker name, etc.). Also, I've had agents from other areas contact me regarding the listings because they are not in their MLS system! It's a great tool! - Mon Apr 21 2008, 08:39
