Since 1986, I have been listing and selling real estate of all types and price ranges, I am a Pro-Active agent, not a "reactive" agent. I don't wait for clients and deals to fall in my lap. I work for my business and am very proud of my work. Every client gets my 100%.
"Gatos, you're the best!"

""We've NEVER seen ANYONE work as HARD as you did to put our sale together! We know, along with our lawyer, that anyone else would've given up, and put our property back on the market, costing us unnecessary expenses. You stuck in there, guided the buyer AND her agent to another mortgage company, and CLOSED the property in a week! The ONLY REASON our house sold was because of YOU! We will recommend you as the absolute best agent to anyone looking to buy or sell."

""If you are in the market to buy or sell a house then Jim is the man to call. His professionalism, diligence, patience, commitment and friendly manner put him at the top of his business. Jim never stopped working toward our goal of finding just the right house. Day after day, he drove us from house to house, never wavering from the end result, never losing patience with us when we were impatient and overwhelmed with the whole process. He kept us calm, talking just through each step along the way. Jim is exactly the person you need if you're serious about buying or selling a home. He will get the job done for you. Thanks so much for everything, Jim.""

Everytime I read "Realtor X" predicts market will improve in 3 days", and other nonsense like that, I shake my head..
Realtor "X" is wasting his or her time in real estate.. They oughta be in Las Vegas or at least "Foxwoods".. - Fri Jul 4 2008, 03:43
I think you can find more opportunities in Sudbury generally speaking but they are pretty much very close. Find the homes first and compare... - Thu Jul 3 2008, 17:28
It doesn't depend on any "trends" or statistics. As a buyer agent, I was able to "chop" the price down even a couple of thousand dollars MORE than what my buyer clients suggested they offer only because I "felt" I was dealing with an inexperienced and inept listing agent. I suggested to my clients they make an even lower offer and guess what? We WON! This thing happened to me twice in 2007 and I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF BECAUSE I DID MY JOB AND MADE A HAPPY CLIENT EVEN HAPPIER! One of the two agents I was just talking about sorta figured it out after the negotiating was finalized and even asked me if I "put one over him", but I brushed the answered off. You have a duty, you do your job, enough people will find out, you get referrals.. GET A STRONG AND COMPETENT BUYER AGENT !!! - Thu Jul 3 2008, 17:22
I am not even from your area or even the same state, Let me tell you, if you did what you want to do in my area, you'd probably attract the WORST Realtors or real estate agents you could find.. The way I would find an agent is to find someone who is a smart worker; one who PROSPECTS every day versus waiting for business to come their way. A strong track record is nice. Sen me a message and I if you'd like I'll try to find someone strong like that. - Thu Jul 3 2008, 16:16
Try as the City Council might, I don't think Worcester will ever become another Boston. Yeah, they'll put in more buildings and services and that's all fine; that actually raises the quality of life for the general populace and the surrounding communities. I would not hesitate to buy in Worcester or surrounding because now the prices are REALLY good; services are good and everything you need is in front of you. You have higher taxes but that's true all over.. - Thu Jul 3 2008, 14:51
