Hello, Is this home available now? Thank you.

Terrence Charest answered:
This home was withdrawn from the market after 19 days. You really need to get in touch with an agent to represent your interests and investment needs. - Tue Nov 11 2008, 08:23
Terrence Charest answered:
Use a Realtor. Although the market is slow, if your home is marketed properly, priced right and looks great; there should be no problems in selling it.

As for the foreclosures, using a Realtor is the best way to find on. Moving between states will also mean that you will need one Realtor to list your home and one to purchase in NJ. Unless, of course, you find one with a license in both states. - Fri Nov 7 2008, 10:48

Is this home still available?

Terrence Charest answered:
?? Which home are you talking about? - Thu Nov 6 2008, 07:25
Terrence Charest answered:
You are correct, the whole time it has been listed, it did not drop in price at all. Although, it did go pending and is now back on the market. Perhaps a buyer would need the right Realtor to put in an offer. If you wish to see the property, please contact me.

Here's the info on the property: http://www.trendmls.com/mls/Client/Email/EmailClick.aspx?s=4…

What does it mean when a bank counter-offers back the next day?

Terrence Charest answered:
Are you working with a Realtor? Have they explained any of this to you? If you are not working with a Realtor on your side, next time, do so.

It just means that they did not like your offer. If you are ok with the counter offer, sign the papers and have a nice day. If you don't like the counter offer, submit a counter on that offer or walk away. - Tue Nov 4 2008, 09:01
