Or you can contact the listing agent directly. The property is pending. The listing agent is Michele Barnette from Century 21 Click-it. Her phone number is 866-316-7284. Century 21 Click-It is a discount broker. They will set up a time for you to meet with the homeowner to view the property. I would have to see the comps for new construction in that area. Even though it is new construction, I would agree that this house is far more out-priced in Mayfair Acres than the other older homes in the neighborhood where generally prices can range from the mid to upper $500,000's to the mid $700,000s. - Wed Oct 29 2008, 12:09
