About Me
I relocated to the triangle from Alberta, Canada. Raleigh, Cary , Apex and few other North Carolina locales have been highlighted among the "Best Places to Live" Most recently MSNBC featured Raleigh as the # 1 place to live in the United States. I'll be completely honest a few short years ago when Cary was named number 1 , I made North Carolina a must see. I spent some time with my wife and children on Bald Head Island and absolutely loved it. I toured various communities and finally we decided on Heritage Wake Forest. Heritage is featured on my website http://www.jeffdicks.com. Whatever your individual or family preference is there is a community for everyone. The triangle is definitely worth the visit !

Hi, Recloating from Boston to NC

Jeff Dicks answered:
I recently, sold a home to a client who relocated from Seattle, however he is a former Bostonian. Please read the testimonial on my website, as posted. I'm a Realtor and I live in a neighborhood with several transplants from the NorthEast. For an unbiased opinion (non-realtor) I certainly could put you in touch with them. More money higher inflation, Mortgage lenders need Fannie and Freddie or who is going to buy the loans? - Fri Jul 11 2008, 17:19

Hi, looking for advice on RDU area for relocating.

Jeff Dicks answered:
Several Communities worth having a look at. If you are considering Golf Course living, I would also consider Heritage Wake Forest, and Wakefield Plantation. These communties may be somewhat in the North East and North West however, worthy of consideration. - Fri Jul 11 2008, 11:50
