This is the job of your listing agent, that is why you have hired them to work for you.
Not many agents would feel comfortable telling the seller why their client didn't want to buy your home. So then at that point are you really getting the objection or just the answer that they think that you want to hear. That will not help you or sell your home. We have to get to the real objection so that we can overcome it.
One of the things that we have found to be successful is to ask all of the agents that have shown the home, what would it have taken for your client to have put an offer on this home? Then you can decide if you are able to work with what they tell you, but at the very least it gets to the real objection so that you can.

Sorry, you are not able to post your listing here on Trulia. But as the owner you are able to put it on Zillow for free. You could also put it Craigslist, you can update it there every 2 days.
As you know the market is very interesting now, gone our the days of having a sign in the yard and a few black and white flyers available. A strong qualified marketing program is the key to getting homes sold now. Currently there are over 5000+ homes on the market in Clark County, WA.

Patty's family (Green/Garrison) has lived in Clark County for 5 generations. Her grandmother Bertha Garrison came here in a covered wagon. Scott's family (Carroll/Straub) has lived in Clark County for 6 generations. His grandparents, Jake & Margaret Straub, owned Straub's Funeral Home/Swank Memorial Chapel in Camas. We have two sons/Jason & Jamie, a daughter/Allison and 1 cute as a button grandaughter/Olivia. Since the kids have been out of the house for some time now, we have new kids (the four legged kind!) They are Belle & Brodie. We enjoy spending time with our family, friends and volunteering.
