Matt Blum answered:
You can contact an agent to search the property for you. If you have the time you can search the property at the court house and find the owner. The owner may be an individual or a bank who had a lien on the house. Once you find an owner check to see if they are on the National Do Not Call List. If they are not call them, if they are send them a letter. Or call a local real estate agent and have them do the work for you. - Mon Jul 28 2008, 11:58

First of all I do not recomend renting a home unless you can be close to the home. If you still want to rent the home a typical fee is one months rent or 8-10% of the rent per month. This fee does not include any maintenance, lawn care, snow removal or emergency calls. If it is rented any maintenance should be oked with you and a price set before it is started. The best maintenance company I know of is Managemnt Group LLC

All the other agents are correct. The Dunes Park Sation is the closest to Valparaiso. It will take 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to down town Chicago. - Tue Jun 24 2008, 13:08
