Hi Drk:
Actually Taxes are not assess by zip code. It isn't that easy. I believe the base tax is 1.035 in the Corona area, but I believe what you want to know is what are the mello roose taxes or the special assessment taxes that are added on to the property and that unfortunately was based on each builder, the project size and the city requirements.
The good news is you have the ability to look up each property just like we as Realtors do. You just need to go to the assessors web site, there is a link on my web site...DianaM.com and then you put in the property address and find out what the base is and what the added property tax is on each property. On many of the county sites there is a question estimate my taxes and you just fill in the questions for that property address and you have your answer.
I hope you find this helpful.

Hi Kevin:
That Condo was first a foreclosure, the amount that the bank foreclosed for is what you see as the amount of $229,539.00 and then there was a correction deed completed to put it in the proper management of the Bank. All of this information was taken from the County Assessors Record. Unfortunately much of the information from the internet is accurate but doesn't tell the true story. You need a knowledgeable Realtor to help you in the purchase of your home so that you can understand all of the information that will be given to you.
Let me know if I can help.

Hi Mark:
As the other agent has indicated since it is a short sale, if you are interested in this property, now would be the time to put in an offer. Many times the original people who put in an offer on Short Sales do not end up buying the property because the bank took too long to answer and they find another property to purchase. The agent representing the seller is required to get the best offer that can be gotten for the property, so until the lender has sent over an acceptance you still have a chance to purchase this property. Let me know if I can help.

Hi Justin:
As the other agents indicated this is a leading add that some agents use to get buyers to call them. Since there is not an address and since there is nothing in the MLS that indicated a home that looks like that for that price that particular home is most likely not available for that price. I am sure there are homes that are available for that price some where, but not like that in Corona.
Check out my web site and you can sure for homes that are available in the MLS,

Hi Darlene:
Grace gave you great advice; you truly need an agent that will work for you. Remember there are many different properties out there. You need a good understanding of how the different buying opportunities present themselves to buyers. Have you spoken to a realtor to help you understand the process? More importantly have you gotten pre approved so that you are in a position to purchase a home?
Give me a call and I can help you
