I bought and sold 177 homes in 2007 which was my best year ever and I will have passed that mark hopefully by the end of June in 2008. I am up almost 100% in 2008. I credit this to hard work,(100 hr/week) loving what I do, and working smart. The fact that I spend 960,000 dollars in 2007 to advertise my sellers homes and make sure that my buyers could get answers within hours if not minutes when also helped. I feel ever one of my sellers pain and make sure that I am doing everything I can to help them. I understand how nervous my buyers are and make sure they have all of the information they need to make a good decision on a good home. My team was number one at Coldwell Banker Burnet in 2003.
