To me, it is a matter of time vs money. If you spend more on marketing and advertising, it will likely sell faster. If you have more time, maybe you can spend less and net a little more at closing. "Why should someone buy" in any market? Normally, only because you have to - relocating, downsizing, "upsizing" etc. From a geographic and demographics perspective, Texas is faring well... Thanks to the constantly growing job market, and the following population growth home prices have more stability than in most places.
