Hi Donna!

The only way to purchase a Tampa home with no money down right now is by using the Nehemiah program or having your costs and and down payment paid by the seller and using FHA financing... You still will have to qualify with a lender on your debt to income ratios and credit. A way to lower your debt ratio is to rent out your home in Atlanta and use the rental income to cover the mortgage payment. Try using the calculators on my website to see if that might work for you. As a Realtor, we have access to Foreclosures, REO's, and short sales via the MLS. As you know the good deals go fast so you really need to work with one Realtor and have them send you listings when they first come out. Northdale is a great area...I live in Carrollwood and love it!
