Sorry to get off track .Now back to the question at hand,I Am looking for feedback from any potential Buyers for these two new Listings in Stoneham,MA. I am only looking for feedback from buyers in Stoneham,MA. not feedback from other Agents(We have feedback forms for other Agents who happen to show these properties that We fax to the Agent once an appointment is scheduled).I am only looking for feedback from someone who has actually entered either one of these properties physically.Do I Need to be more specific than that?

I was looking for feedback from any potential buyers only.You would know this if You took the time to read the previous posts.I am certainly not looking for someone to critique my writing nor am I looking for other agents to "bash" My listings.I do not think that this is what this site was or is intended for.Am I not correct?

1.A Buyer's Agent in Most Cases is Still Being Paid By The Seller's. If They Were Practicing "True Buyer

Agency" They Would Be Getting Paid by the Buyers.This is Why I Do Not Believe in It and Do Not Practice

Buyer's Agency.If A Deal does Not Close The Buyer's Agent Does Not Get Paid...So Who Do You Really
