I am real estate professional with a bachelor in Philosophy from St. Francis College, and currently studying at CUNY School Of Law. Property is a valuable constitutional right that should be protected whether its selling, renting, or buying, and so each of these groups should know their rights.
I am here to help people answer any questions they may have, EVEN if they are working with someone else. Ignorance can be a cancer when it comes to disregarding vital information, which can create destructive consequences.

Hey Peter,
To narrow down on your search, what is your price range? The areas you might be of interest are Westerleigh, Willowbrook, Heartland village, Bullshead. These are great neighborhoods and with quick access to CSI,(do you attend or one of your relative will be attending there? if so this are great areas. ALso what are you looking for 1 fam detach, 2fam etc.
If you have any questions we can discuss this further. You can email me directly at Cgalindo@prosperityreg.com.
I look forward in speaking to you. - Thu Jul 24 2008, 16:25
Hey Alaina,
It you are looking for some great deals, I would tell you to consider, Park Slope, Williamsburg, Red Hook, and even if you are looking for a GREAT DEAL, I would suggest Staten Island, St. George Section, I have many clients coming from Jersey, brooklyn and the Manhattan getting deals that are moving fast. You can get, for example, a Brand NEW 2 Bedroom Condo for about 450k,. plus the Ferry is 1 minute away from you and it is free.
